The men and women on Fairwinds’ Credit Union’s team are not just employees – they are crewmembers. Their commitment to the company is rewarded with a wide array of excellent benefits, both financial and personal. To attract eligible candidates to join the Fairwinds team, we created a cross channel recruiting campaign that highlighted the perks that current crewmembers enjoy, and how those benefits have real effects on their health, wellness, and happiness.
